HRM-MEAS-04Term
Resilience ratio
People who reported a simulation divided by people who failed it, per simulation. Two other formulas circulate: engagement divided by failure, and reports divided by failures. The taxonomy uses reporters over failers and prints the formula beside the number.
Example
An analyst counts the people who reported a simulation and the people who clicked it, and reports the ratio with the formula.
